This guide is meant to give you a general outline of how it works. It describes the creation of any kind of custom jewellery but, of course, applies to custom wedding rings as well.
Sometimes we’re also able to help our clients source out commercial wedding rings rather than making a custom wedding rings from scratch. The benefit of this option is that it is usually less expensive. The downside is that sometimes you may not be able to find every design feature you’re looking for in one commercial ring. The process for the commercial option is slightly different. Basically ‘Step 2’ is removed and the other steps remain the same.

Matching wedding bands are certainly a sentimental choice. We have made many custom wedding ring sets that work for each partner. Often we incorporate some symbolic meaning into the design to make them even more personal.
The majority of wedding band sets we create do not match. It’s quite popular to have diamonds or gemstones in wedding rings in order to match existing engagement rings. This ‘bling’ doesn’t always go over so well with one of the partners.
