Shipping Times & Costs:
In order to keep the costs of shipping as low as possible all purchases are shipped via regular air mail. Typically within North America you can expect your package to arrive 5-10 business days from the date the product was shipped. The arrival of international orders will take longer, typically 10-15 business days. Should you require expedited delivery please get in touch with me for a quote.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address at the time of check out. Free shipping is offered for purchases over $100 in Canada and the United States. Flat rate shipping for Canadian orders is $10. Flat rate shipping for orders to the United States is $20. Flat rate shipping to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland is $30. Free in-store pick up is offered to residents of the Greater Toronto Area. For any other addresses outside of these areas please contact me directly for a quote.
All pieces listed for sale on the website are currently in stock and will be shipped within 48 hours from the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock you may still ask for one to be made up but shipment will be delayed. For custom orders please get in touch with me directly.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. There are no refunds and all sales are final for custom pieces.
Should you wish to exchange your item for another ready-made jewellery pieces you may do so up to 90 days from the date of purchase. There are no exchanges on custom jewellery.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In person refunds are also available in-store.
